Get the care you deserve
What to expect
The first step in therapy is to build trust. I recognize that you are likely reaching out as you are going through an incredibly difficult time, so I will not rush you or put any pressure. We will get to know each other, and all the while, we will be co-creating a safe environment for you to finally be able to drop your shoulders. You will realize that you are not alone and that you now have an ally who sees your strength and deeply believes in your ability to move through your grief or other life challenges empowered.
Each person’s needs are unique and there is no set amount of sessions. Likewise, there is no one set approach to therapy when each person’s needs and goals are different. This is why I have trained in a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques and individualize my approach for each client. I will check in with you every step of the way, ensuring that you are gaining something out of each of our sessions.
